I've been practicing the art of holistic foot reflexology since 1999. By working on your feet, all parts of your body are treated.

Reflexology Services

Stress Relief... A witch hazel cleanse and hot towels begin this 30-minute, deeply relaxing session. Sit in an unbelievably comfortable chair while skilled hands gently melt your stress and tension away. Choosing warming toe stones will extend the basic session by 15 minutes.

This is a great lunch break option during your busy week. Bring a brown bag lunch and hot tea will be offered.

Investment: $45-$60

Healthy Feet... This 45-minute session is designed to relax, increase circulation and range of movement, reduce edema and strengthen the immune system. This session begins with a 10-minute foot soak.

Warming toe stones may also be added to aid in the relaxation response, unless they are contraindicated. Please ask about a complimentary therapeutic footwear fitting assessment.

Body Memory Releasing®... In this energy-work, interactive session, you are an active participant in your own body's healing. I work from the premise that all physical and emotional discomforts are messages from your body that you need to pay attention to, to find the message, to resolve what is out of balance. A basic session is 45 minutes.

Releasing the "discomfort" can be in the form of visual or emotional expression, memories resurfacing, physical sensations felt throughout the body, or "ah-ha's," always unique to the individual. Please know that it will take time to physically heal, once the energetic imbalance has been corrected.

A foot soak or an immune system boost may be added; otherwise, the session begins with a natural witch hazel cleanse followed by hot towels.

Before your appointment

Payment for services is by check or cash. Please wear comfortable clothing and plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early for your session so that we may begin and end on time. First session includes a brief medical history.

My professional office is located in downtown Portland, a short walk from Pioneer Square and Tri-met. There is also on-street parking and a parking lot at the corner of Washington St. and SW 10th Avenue. Building is elevator served.
